Recipe of crispy vegetable sticks
- Vegetables, cut as 1 cm width sticks
- Vegetable milk (or egg)
- Flour (with or without gluten)
- Bread crumbs (with or without gluten)
I have used cork flour but you can use any other kind you like.
First we mix the flour with the yeast ant then we flour the vegetables. Then we put the on the vegetable milk and finally on the bread crumbs. Now we place the sticks on the oven rack, with some baking paper, and then bake the for about 20 minutes at 180ºC, until the sticks are brown.
