After some time without publishing any post, today I’ve finally find the time to cook some biscuits. I’ve used a very polyvalent recipe, which you can use with almost any type of flour you like.
Recipe of oat biscuits
- 250g of gluten free oat flour
- 150g of lactose free butter
- 100g of rice syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- chocolate for the decoration
We mix the butter, which has been out of the fridge for some time, and the syrup and once it´s well mixed we add the egg. Now we slowly add the flour and the baking powder and mix until we have an homogeneous dough.
We take some dough with the help of a spoon and form the biscuits.
We bake them for about 10-15 minutes at 180ºC and then we can decorate them as we prefer.
