I’ve been thinking about making a diferent kind of meatballs for some time, so this is my first test…
These are chicken meatballs with zucchini and corn flour. The recipe is a mix of different recipes that I’ve found on the net. You can eat this meatballs with some sauce, or by themselves.
Recipe of chicken meatballs, zucchini and corn flour
- 200g of chicken breast
- 250g of zucchini
- 50 g of corn flour
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 egg
- salt (no need if you eat them with sauce)
First we grate the zucchini and place it appart. Now we chop the chicken and mixt it with the zucchini.
We wisk the egg, add the ginger and add it to the mix with the zucchini and the chicken. We add the flour slowly until the dough is compact.
We let it rest for at least 30 minutes and then we make the meatballs, the size of a nut.
Finally we cook them. I’ve baked them at 180ºC until they are brown. You can also fry them with some olive oil.
