Pumpking fritter


It is fritter time on my country, so I have prepared these vegetal fritters that are not quite sweet but with sugar on top are delicious!!

Recipe of pumpkin fritters


  • 500g of baked pumpkin
  • 400g of wheat club flour
  • 1 package of baking powder
  • olive oil
  • sugar


We put the baked pumping on a bowl and shred it until we have a thin texture. Next we add the flour, little by little until we have a uniform dough, then we add the baking powder and let it rest for about 45 minutes.

Now we form the fritters and fry them on a pan with some olive oil.

If you want a sweet desert you can cover them with sugar, otherwise you can eat them with any sauce you like.
